Online Chess Clock

A two-player chess timer with custom time, pause controls and Fischer increment.

Set the time, then start the clock.

Fischer increment is added after each completed move. Time is calculated from timestamps, including while the tab is hidden. Keep the device awake; browser timers and sound may be restricted in the background. This is a casual play aid.

Use one device for both players

Set the minutes per player and increment, then start with White’s turn. After completing a move on your physical board, tap your active clock. That stops your time, adds the increment, and starts the opponent’s clock.

What does 5 + 3 mean?

Each player starts with five minutes. Three seconds are added to that player’s remaining time after each completed move. To set this, enter 5 minutes and a 3-second increment.

Pause before changing seats or handling an interruption. Reset starts a new game and enables time-setting changes. Keep the device awake, and remember that browser background restrictions can delay the display or sound even though elapsed time is recalculated.
